Serena R. Crowe, FLMI, ACS, AIAA's Profile and Contact Information

Serena is the Office Manager and administrative support person for Brokerage Solutions, Inc.  Some of her duties include preparing quotes, taking care of applications for insurance from the time the client signs their paperwork until the time the coverage is placed in force and customer service for all customers.  Serena has had a long career in the insurance industry and enjoys the opportunity to help people on a daily basis.

During her career, Serena has obtained the professional designations of Fellow of the Life Management Institute, Associate in Customer Service and Associate in Insurance Agency Administration to bring her a better understanding of all the processes at the companies Brokerage Solutions Inc. works with, and help make our customers interactions with us a positive experience for all.  She is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.

Serena is active in several mission driven committees at her church and finds herself there for meetings and study often.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, movies and plays, concerts and spending time with good friends and neighbors.
